How to use

Six steps, about ten minutes.

A short ritual, three times a week.

  1. Cleanse

    Clean and dry your face. Skip serums for now.

  2. Position

    Attach the straps, place the mask, adjust.

  3. Power on

    Hold the power button 2 seconds.

  4. Choose your light

    Press M to cycle through 7 modes. Red is the default.

  5. Set the time

    T+ / T− to set the timer. The device offers 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes; we suggest 10 to 15.

  6. Moisturise

    Take the mask off, apply your moisturiser, then wipe the silicone.

  • How does the VYRO Glow Mask work?
    <p>The VYRO Glow Mask uses LED technology: each mode emits a specific wavelength, matched to a skin concern. Blue for blemishes, red and near-infrared for firmness, green for dark spots, and so on. The light is cold, with no UV.</p>
  • What is the recommended usage?
    <p>We suggest 10 to 15 minute sessions, three times a week. The device also offers 20, 25 and 30 minutes, but longer sessions do not speed anything up: consistency is what matters.</p>
  • When will I see results?
    <p>It depends on your skin, and nobody can guarantee a result. LED light therapy works slowly: give it about six months of regular use before judging, keeping the same program and the same rhythm.</p>
  • Is the LED mask safe?
    <p>The mask uses low-intensity LEDs, with no UV and no excessive heat. It is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in case of photosensitivity, photosensitising medication or hereditary eye conditions. Before first use, run the test described in the manual: 10 minutes on your forearm, and stop if redness or itching appears. If in doubt, ask a healthcare professional.</p>
  • What are the shipping and return costs?
    <p>Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that, it is calculated based on your address and shown before you complete your order. If you withdraw within 14 days, return shipping is at your expense; we refund the product price and standard delivery. If the mask is faulty or not as described, the return is entirely at our expense.</p>
  • What warranty applies to my mask?
